Orders & Shipping
Since your items are custom-printed just for you, it takes 2-7 business days to create your order before it ships. After that, shipping times depend on your location: United States (3–6 business days), Canada (4–7 business days), or International (5–20 business days). You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way!
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@samuraioriginal.com with your order number – we’ll help you find it!
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
- If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@samuraioriginal.com with your order number.
- If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@samuraioriginal.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
Returns & Refunds
Let’s find the perfect fit for you! Check the size chart on each product page – our apparel is unisex and follows standard US sizes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us at support@samuraioriginal.com before ordering, and we’ll help you choose!
We totally get how tricky picking the right size or color can be, and we’re here to help! Since each item is custom-printed just for you, we don’t offer exchanges for a different size or color at this time. To avoid any hassle, check out our sizing charts – we have one for every item in the product description section.
Though rare, if your item was mislabeled (like getting the wrong size or color), please let us know at support@samuraioriginal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one!
We want you to love your purchase! Since your item is custom-printed or embroidered, we can only accept returns or issue refunds if the product arrives damaged, the print/embroidery quality is poor, or the item is significantly different from what you ordered.
For embroidered items like hats, if only the embroidery is faulty (e.g., loose threads or incorrect design), we’ll replace or refund the embroidery portion, not the entire product, unless the whole item is defective. If there’s an issue, email us at support@samuraioriginal.com within 4 weeks of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll take care of it!
If the courier can’t deliver due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. We can reship it to the correct address, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost. Email us at support@samuraioriginal.com to update your address and arrange reshipping.
If your refund request is approved, we’ll process it right away. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Product & Care
We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner to create your apparel. Our T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton. Hoodies, long-sleeve tees and hats are made from cotton, polyester, or cotton blends – check the product page for specifics!

- For printed items (like T-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve tees, and all-over print shirts), machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Avoid chlorine bleach, fabric softeners, or dry-cleaning. Tumble-dry on low, or hang-dry for the best results. Use a cool iron, inside-out, and don’t iron the print.
- For embroidered items (like hats), spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap to avoid damaging the stitching – do not machine-wash or dry-clean. Your designs will stay stunning!
Don’t worry – a slight vinegary smell is normal for freshly printed garments due to the printing process. It’ll disappear after the first wash. Just follow our care instructions, and your item will be fresh and ready to wear!
