When will I get my order?
We’ll get your order ready in 1-7 business days, then ship it out to you. Shipping times depend on your location:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- International: 5–20 business days
Where does my order ship from?
We partner with a print-on-demand company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the closest facility to you, ensuring the smoothest delivery. We can’t let you choose a specific location, but our system picks the best one based on your address and product availability.
Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders, you might need to pay customs or tax fees. These fees are set by your local customs office, not us. We recommend checking with them to see if duties or taxes apply to your purchase.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll get a tracking link via email once your order ships. For any questions about your shipment, email us at support@samuraioriginal.com with your order number.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please try these steps first:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address (especially the zip code!).
- Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
- Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If everything checks out but you still don’t have your order, email us at support@samuraioriginal.com with your order number.
Note: If there’s a mistake in your delivery address, we can reship your order, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
Tip: Use a delivery address where someone can receive the package to avoid delays or theft.
How are our products made?
We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner to create your apparel. Each piece is printed, cut, sewn, and packed with care, ensuring quality every step of the way.
Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (i) the product itself is flawed, (ii) the quality of the printing is poor or (iii) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.
If your purchase meets the above criteria, email us as soon as possible, no later than 4 weeks after the delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. For any feedback, please email to: support@samuraioriginal.com, including:
- Your order number and the email address registered to the shipping information.
- Photo(s) of the affected items(s). Please include a photo of the whole item and any other photos that may help identify the issue
- Any other relevant information.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
We does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?
- If your claim is approved, we will request a replacement or issue a refund. Qualified refunds are processed immediately but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
- If you accept a replacement product for the defective product, a new order is recreated immediately. The expected delivery date will be notified to you.
We cannot accept returns or process refunds if:
- The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before you send the item(s) back.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way or if they do not have the original tags.

We print your garments using the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) technology with high-quality inks that stay vibrant for years if cared for properly. This gives you tons of design and color options!
Note: The original manufacturer’s care label doesn’t account for our DTG printing process. For the best results, follow these simple care tips instead:
- Washing: Machine wash cold, turn the garment inside out, and use a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Wash with similar colors.
- Bleach: Only use non-chlorine bleach if you really need to.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low, but air drying (hang dry) is even better.
- Ironing: Use a cool iron and iron inside out. Don’t iron directly on the print.
- Avoid: No fabric softeners or dry cleaning.
Following these steps will keep the print from fading or cracking and prevent the garment from shrinking. High heat during washing or drying can damage it, so keep it gentle!
