When will I get my order?
It takes 1-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 3–6 business days in the US, 4–7 business days in Canada, 5–20 business days internationally
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Our production cycle starts right after you complete the payment procedure. From printing onto fabric, cutting, sewing and packaging, it can take 1 – 7 business days. When your order is ready, we go to the post office and send the package to you. You can expect your package from the Samurai Original within 2-20 days (depending on where you are, from which production site we are shipping from and your chosen shipping type – standard or express).
Can I choose where my products are fulfilled?
No, it's not possible to choose a specific fulfillment center for your orders. Picking the best fulfillment center for your orders allows us to ensure that the shipping process runs smoothly for you as we continue to grow.
We route orders using an advanced algorithm, taking into account the customer's address, where the product is available, and other factors. 99% of the time, the algorithm chooses the closest fulfillment center to the customer, but rarely—usually if a product is unavailable—it will be routed to another location.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@samuraioriginal.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
ORDERS
How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at : support@samuraioriginal.com.
Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (i) the product itself is flawed, (ii) the quality of the printing is poor or (iii) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.
If your purchase meets the above criteria, email us as soon as possible, no later than 4 weeks after the delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. For any feedback, please email to: support@samuraioriginal.com, including:
- Your order number and the email address registered to the shipping information.
- Photo(s) of the affected items(s). Please include a photo of the whole item and any other photos that may help identify the issue
- Any other relevant information.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
We does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?
If your claim is approved, we will request a replacement or issue a refund. Qualified refunds are processed immediately but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
If you accept a replacement product for the defective product, a new order is recreated immediately. The expected delivery date will be notified to you.
Anything else I should know?
We cannot accept returns or process refunds if:
- The item(s) is printed as ordered, but you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- The return request is not viewed and approved by our team before you send the item(s) back.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way or if they do not have the original tags.
